Transient images of the eternal.
Simple shapes inspired the collection: a circle, a triangle, a rectangle and an oval. The term phenomenon comes from the Greek word for “appearance”. The forms are what you see on first sight. In Plato’s idealist philosophy, phenomena are transient, likenesses of the eternal, perfect Forms and so are not truly real. This seems very fitting for a collection made in a material that is so difficult yet versatile, so strong yet fragile as glass.

It is a masterpiece of the traditional craftsmanship of glass blowing.
Colorful gradient is the “natural element” – not as exact as the shape but that is the purpose! It is a real colorful glass blown into the crystal, therefore it is durable (not like sprayed colour which fades away).
The small bubbles in the color layer are the evidence of this durable technique.
