Vaso Le 55
A set of parallelepipeds in stone and glass make up the skyline of an imaginary city. Friz Lang’s Metropolis but also the invisible cities of Calvino.
The dialogues between the Venetian Marco Polo and the Tartar emperor kublai khan, who questions the explorer about the cities of his immense empire. Marco Polo describes the 55 cities, real, imaginary, fruit of his imagination. One up and one down, one inside and one outside. Imagined, dreamed, or real cities. Each parallelepiped is then broken down into two flower vases.
